Very friendly and helpful service staff. Jasmine was able to resolve an entertainment system settings problem that has bugging me for years. Highly recommend.

The only complaint I have if I have appointment say at 2 o'clock and I get there early but still don't get my truck pulled into the shop till 2.30 and then take 45 minutes to an hour to do a oil change it happens ever time that's the complaint I have I own a business and don't have time wait cause people won't do there job to get you out on time.

Grease and fingerprints all over my vehicle. This has happened before. When I lived in WI. ,Bergstrom serviced all my vehicles. Each time,no matter what service was preformed, they always washed my vehicle. I had to take my vehicle to a car wash after you serviced it,to get the grease and fingerprints removed.

They don't listen, they change the original quote, and add on $$ and say that was in the original quote. To say I'm pissed and will NEVER do business with them again is an understatement. Tbh, we went in knowing what was wrong, by an honest mechanic who just didn't have the tools to fix it. It had been there almosta week " waiting on a bay", had to speak to a manager to get an actual date they were going to work on in when the parts had been there for 3 business days and then they added over a $1000 to the estimate. The incompetent service manager kept passing the bulk, saying i don't know, I'll have ask, that's something I'll have to check. We've purchased 4 vehicles but I guess after this there won't be anymore. Mike D, Michael C. & Valerie are amazing but your service department leaves alot to be desired. Their reputation in the area is one of the worst.

Got in and out real fast.

Quit trying to upsell products and services at unreasonable price markups. First an oil change should not take a customer almost an 1.5 hours of their time. I can do an oil change at my house with a floor jack and tools in well under 20 mins or less. I come to the dealer because of warranty. Second I was told my engine air filter and in cab filter needed changed, I asked about pricing and it was almost 4 times what I could buy both filters for myself just to change the in cab filter. These are not hard things to do or labor intensive. Service like this to unbeknownst customers is predatory and unethical.

Got my car in quick and was leaving in under an hour.

Everyone was very friendly. Loved my salesman Cody Small. Great guy. Go check them out.
